Exchange Policy – Apple Mart Pakistan

At Apple Mart Pakistan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, fake, defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges are only eligible for items that are fake or if you received a different item than what you ordered.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Options

  • Product Exchange: You can exchange your item for the same item or a different item based on availability.

Process for Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Re-Shipping Costs: Customers will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item back to them.

Are there any additional costs for replacement or exchange?

If a replacement or exchange is requested, any additional costs will be covered by the customer. For instance, if you ordered an item for Rs. 1000 but wish to replace it due to dissatisfaction, damage, or incorrect order, and you request a different item or a similar item with the required specifications a price change (e.g., Rs. 1500), you will need to pay the price difference.

If you do not agree to the new item pricing, your exchange or replacement request will be canceled after 3 days.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Items that show normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
