No, Apple Mart Pakistan is not the official Apple website. We are a trusted private business operation in Pakistan, specializing in 100% authentic, imported original Apple products. While we do not claim to be an Apple reseller—since Apple does not operate in Pakistan and has never licensed any stores here—our dedication to customer satisfaction and the genuine Apple experience sets us apart. 1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options. All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. How long does it take to process an order?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Processed within the next 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Online Payment Orders: Processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders, although we pay Rs. 400 to the courier service. The remaining amount is covered by us to make shipping more affordable for our customers.

4. Which courier service do you use for delivery?

We use M&P Courier for all deliveries across Pakistan.

5. How can I track my order?

6. What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds only for defective items, undeliverable orders, or if replacements cannot be provided. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed and dispatched, we cannot accept changes due to the shipping costs incurred with our courier service. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged parcel, such as an open-sealed or repacked parcel from the rider, reject the parcel immediately and do not collect or open it. Contact us right away for assistance.

If you receive the parcel and find a damaged item after opening it, please do not argue with the rider. Simply contact us, and we will arrange a replacement for you.

10. What products do you sell?

We sell only 100% AUTHENTIC GENUINE BRANDED ITEMS. Your satisfaction and trust in our products are our top priorities.

11. What’s the guarantee of originality?

12. Why do some items come without original packaging?

Due to import duties and restrictions, some of our items are imported without their original boxes to reduce costs. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers. For safety reasons, we carefully repack certain products in Pakistan to ensure they are protected from potential damage during delivery.

It’s important to note that this practice is common throughout Pakistan. Many Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and AirPods etc are imported with their original packaging. However, only the Apple 20W adapter and Lightning to USB-C cable are repacked after import. If items are imported with their original packaging, the combined cost of import duties and taxes can exceed 200%, significantly increasing the final price. By repacking, we aim to maintain quality while delivering better value to you.

13. Which Apple products can be tracked through the online verification system?

Apple provides an online verification system that allows customers to check the authenticity and warranty status of certain products, primarily Apple devices like iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches. These products can be verified by entering their serial numbers on Apple’s official website.

However, not all Apple items are covered by this system. Smaller accessories, such as EarPods, chargers, and cables, may not have unique serial numbers and therefore cannot be tracked or verified through Apple’s online verification system. Rest assured, all items we offer are sourced from trusted suppliers, and we guarantee the quality and authenticity of every product.

No, our items are not used. We guarantee that all products are brand new and in perfect condition, ensuring the highest quality for our customers.
