• Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
• Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
  • Damaged item
  • Defective item
  • Incorrect item received
  • Fake item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged.
• Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason related to damage, defect, incorrect item, or authenticity.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the item.
3. Receive Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

4. Recommended Shipping Method

• We recommend using Pakistan Post Office (Doc Khana) for returns. If you return your item through this method, we will cover the full delivery charges for the parcel.
• If you choose to send the item back using a private courier service, we will reimburse you Rs. 150, and you will need to cover the remaining shipping costs.

5. Refunds

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• We will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
