Shipping Policy – Apple Mart Pakistan

At Apple Mart Pakistan, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for important details.

1. Order Processing:
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Orders placed on COD are processed within the next 24 hours after the order is placed.
   • Online Payment Orders: Orders placed with online payment are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time:
   • Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within:
     • Major cities: 2-3 business days.
     • Other areas: 3-5 business days.
   • Delays may occur during busy seasons, unforeseen circumstances, or for remote areas.
3. Shipping Charges:
   • We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders, although we pay Rs. 400 to the courier service. The rest is covered by us to make shipping more affordable for our customers.
4. Delivery Partner:
   • We use M&P Courier for all deliveries across Pakistan.
   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID from our customer support team. You can track your parcel using this link : Trackmyparcel
5. Delivery Areas:
   • We deliver all over Pakistan, including remote and rural areas.
   • Out-of-Service Areas: If your location is outside the service area of M&P Courier, you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest M&P courier office.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts:
   • If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Package Inspection:
   • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
