Replacement Policy

At Apple Mart Pakistan, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. If you receive a damaged, fake, defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, our replacement policy allows for a seamless process. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Replacement

  1. Time Frame: Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  2. Conditions for Replacement: Replacement is eligible only for items that are:
    • Damaged
    • Fake
    • Defective
    • Different from what was ordered
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all replacements.

Process for Replacement

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us. We recommend using Pakistan Post Office (Doc Khana) for returning parcels.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If you choose to use Pakistan Post Office (Doc Khana), you will be fully reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
  • Private Courier Services: If you opt to use any private courier service for return, we will only cover 150 PKR of the shipping costs, and the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Re-Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.

Are there any additional costs for replacement or exchange?

If a replacement or exchange is requested, any additional costs will be covered by the customer. For instance, if you ordered an item for Rs. 1000 but wish to replace it due to dissatisfaction, damage, or incorrect order, and you request a different item or a similar item with the required specifications a price change (e.g., Rs. 1500), you will need to pay the price difference.

If you do not agree to the new item pricing, your exchange or replacement request will be canceled after 3 days.

Replacement Fulfillment

  • New Item Shipment: After your return is recieved and approved, a new item will be promptly sent to you.
