1. Authenticity & Business Profile
Is Apple Mart Pakistan the official Apple website? No. We are an independent, premium retail operation based in Dera Ismail Khan, KP. Since Apple does not have official corporate stores in Pakistan, we specialize in sourcing 100% authentic, original Apple products from global markets. We provide a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee to ensure you never receive a replica.
Are your items brand new or used? We only sell 100% brand new, original, and unused products. Every item is inspected to ensure it is in perfect working condition before being dispatched to you.
2. Verification & Packaging
Which products arrive in original Apple retail packaging? All major devices—including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, AirPods, Apple Keyboards, and Mice—always arrive in their original, sealed Apple retail packaging.
Why do some smaller items come in “Eco-Friendly Bulk Packaging”? To provide the most competitive prices in Pakistan and reduce our environmental footprint, certain accessories (like power adapters and cables) are imported in Eco-Friendly Bulk Packaging.
Note: While 80% of local vendors repackage these items and claim they are “Original Box” units, we choose honesty. This allows us to bypass high import duties on bulky retail boxes and pass those savings directly to you.
Which Apple products can be verified online? Any device with a unique serial number—including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and the latest Type-C AirPods—can be verified on Apple’s Official Check Coverage Page.
Which items are not verifiable via serial number? Smaller accessories (adapters, connectors, and cables) do not carry unique serial numbers traceable in Apple’s online database. However, we source these from trusted suppliers and cover them with our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.
3. Shipping & Order Tracking
Which courier service do you use? We exclusively partner with Leopards Courier to ensure your high-value tech is handled with the highest level of security and reliability across Pakistan.
What are the shipping charges? We charge a subsidized flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide.
Transparency Note: The actual courier cost is approximately Rs. 470 (including taxes), but Apple Mart covers the remaining balance to make premium tech more accessible.

4. Payments & Orders
What payment methods are available? We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure Online Bank Transfers.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled freely before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to Leopards Courier, cancellations are not possible as delivery costs have already been incurred.
5. Damaged Items & Support
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
External Damage: If the courier seal is broken or tampered with, reject the parcel immediately.
Internal Issues: If you find damage after opening, contact our support team immediately. A mandatory unboxing video (recorded from the moment you open the tape) is required for an instant replacement.
