A: Orders can be canceled freely before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed over to Leopards Courier, cancellations are no longer possible as delivery costs are incurred.
Q12: What is your policy for refunds, faulty items, or fake products?
A: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or non-original item, we first provide a free replacement under our 3-Day Check Warranty. A: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide. The actual courier cost is around Rs. 470 (including taxes), but AppleMart covers the remaining balance.
